ERIN YASGAR

CEO + Founder

Erin started SLD with three goals in mind - to be smart, fast and efficient with the solutions to her client’s challenges.

With a background in design and marketing, and time on both sides of the client/agency table, Erin brings creative thinking to business challenges and has developed a penchant for data. She started pushing the envelope in the early days of the web; launching the first music download with Amazon and the first MP3 ringtone with Verizon. She has won two Webby Awards and a Communication Arts Award.

A travel junkie she has managed to visit all 50 states and lived in four of them. She loves cooking and interior design and will sheepishly admit she has seen Wilco over 50 times.

TY SHARP

Digital Strategy + Transformation

Ty leads the Digital Strategy and Transformation practice. A hyphenate, full-stack Marketer, Ty specializes in designing integrated programs, building operational resilience and helping brands realize business value.

Fun fact: In 2012, Ty was as an audition finalist on Season 4 of "The Voice". However, he declined to proceed to pursue his career.

Originally from Texas, Ty lives in Los Angeles where he enjoys the perfect weather, live concerts and killing it at karaoke.

MICHELLE WALLACE

Ad Operations + Strategy

Hailing from the great city of St. Louis Michelle oversees our traders, ad operations and client strategy and is our resident ticketing genius. With, as she calls it, her "PhD in Ticketmaster”,  our venues love Michelle and her all encompassing knowledge of how to best sell more tickets! Michelle has worked in branding, design and inside agencies for years and has been a part of the success of brands such as the Altria in Vegas, Motorola and Burton Snowboards. Fun Fact: Michelle invented the signature cocktail for the Beverly Hilton hotel’s 50th anniversary rebranding. When she isn’t pouring over raw data and pivot tables you can find her in the garden or watching obscure foreign indie films and sci-fi.

LAURA ROJAS

Media Trader

Laura loves diving into digital media buying and programmatic advertising. Has a gift for identifying trends and fine-tuning campaigns, helping brands maximize their impact and achieve outstanding results across diverse platforms.

Fun Fact: Laura was a professional swimmer in Colombia since childhood before making a splash in the media world!

Currently enjoying life in Montreal, she dedicates her spare time to learning new languages and painting everything that catches her eye.

 
 

IRINA FIEG

Marketing Technology + Ad Operations

Irina is our project coordinator extraordinaire helping support the team across areas such as artwork trafficking, analysis, and technical support. A taxonomy master Irina keeps SLD organized and knows where everything is when everyone else doesn’t. At home, you'll usually find her dancing around as if no one is watching (except her cat Oliver The Void). Irina loves to hike and backpack along the Appalachian Trail. 

A native of Long Island, Irina recently returned home after ten years of mid-atlantic living. 

ANDY BIRDWELL

Senior Digital Designer

Andy Birdwell is a digital artist and web designer cranking out HTML 5 banner ads, website designs, HTML emails, and many other interactive oddities. Fender Jazzmasters, Gibson Melody Makers, the Rockford Files, and four wheeled planks keep him occupied in his free time in sunny Southern California. He has an orange tabby named Fax Machine.

JULIE LIMA

Production Manager

Julie is a versatile Production Manager, with a background in graphic design, who enjoys using both her creative and analytical prowess to bring campaigns to life!

Fun Fact: While Julie might be a newcomer to Ohio, she's no stranger to adventure. Back in the Big Apple, she once won a falafel eating contest against a New York pigeon!

When Julie isn't managing production, you'll likely spot her exploring culinary delights, mastering the art of cooking, playing League of Legends, or immersing herself in epic Dungeons & Dragons adventures.

RUSS GOOBERMAN

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Russ An expert in multi-platform SEO and mobile App Store Optimization (ASO), Russ has engineered sustained organic traffic growth and coordinated spikes on demand for clients including the NIH, Jets.com and AAA. He's optimized on an array of platforms including Wordpress, Squarespace, Shopify, Google Local, YouTube, the iOS app store and Google Play.

Russ also is a two-time Webby Award-winning content creator and a veteran of improvisational theater.

MICHAEL OUELLETTE

Media Trader

Mike leads Media Trading at SLD. With decades digital media experience, Mike has run programmatic practices across numerous companies servicing large global brands.  He brings a deep understanding of programmatic media and the overall digital technology landscape.   

Mike lives outside of Boston, where he golfs as much as possible and attend as many concerts as he can.

HEATHER DEVANEY

Marketing Coordinator

Heather leverages her MBA and BS in Marketing, as well as her extensive marketing knowledge, to assist with successful campaign results. With a keen eye and interest for both strategy and execution, Heather connects with clients and ensures a smooth client experience.

Fun Fact: Heather played lacrosse in college and has coached a college team. She continues to enjoy the sport, often watching and participating in games.

Living on the Jersey Shore, she loves spending her free time at the beach and exploring new restaurants.

GLORY OREKOYA

Data Analyst

Glory specializes in gathering, processing, and analyzing data to support decision-making and drive business strategies. With expertise in data visualization and statistical analysis, she transforms complex data sets into actionable insights, helping the company optimize performance and achieve its goals. Glory plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy and providing valuable reports that enhance operational efficiency and strategic planning. Outside of work, she enjoys attending concerts and playing tennis, and she lives in sunny Southern California

JOSH JOYCE

Ad Operations Specialist

Josh is an experienced Ad Operations Specialist with a proven track record in managing and optimizing programmatic digital advertising campaigns. With expertise in building and testing pixels and tags, managing data feeds, and maximizing the capabilities of marketing technology platforms, Josh has successfully supported media teams in launching and analyzing campaigns across programmatic, social, search, and streaming platforms. Certified in Google Ads and The Trade Desk, Josh combines technical knowledge with strong analytical skills to ensure campaign success and 100% uptime for tracking solutions in a remote work environment.

When not working, Josh enjoys music and live events as a former house music DJ and a fan of punk/hardcore, metal, and goth concerts. A dedicated follower of the NBA and Premier League, Josh blends creativity and passion for music and sports into a well-rounded approach to work and life.

 
 

JORDAN JACK

Client Strategy Manager

Jordan brings a diverse skill set and a wealth of experience working with a broad range of clients. His background includes roles as a content creator in sports broadcasting and the film industry, before following his curiosity into the world of digital advertising. 

Since transitioning to marketing, he has partnered with clients in politics, e-commerce, and local businesses, contributing across all areas of digital marketing. With a passion for both data and creative, Jordan excels at harnessing the latest technologies to develop innovative solutions for any marketing challenge. An aspiring renaissance man, Jordan stays busy creating art and music, coding, exploring the mountains, beaches, and taco trucks of LA.
